We are seeking an experienced project manager with a strong background in multi-disciplinary construction delivery.
Responsibilities
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and risk registers
- Coordinate owners, design teams, and field staff
- Lead progress meetings and client communications
- Ensure quality control and subcontractor performance
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field
- 8+ years of construction project management experience
- Proficiency with Procore, MS Project, and Bluebeam
- Strong communication and leadership skills
Preferred qualifications
- PMP or CCM certification
- Experience with negotiated and design-build delivery
