How we work
Big projects need three things: skilled people, reliable partners, and money handled transparently. We organize our company around all three.
- We employ our own laborers, trades, and supervisors, and train them on the job
- We partner with licensed subcontractors and pay them on clear, predictable terms
- On large contracts, client funds are held by an independent licensed escrow agent and released only for verified work
- We publish estimated pay ranges, schedules, and benefits on every job listing
