- Operate equipment according to site plans and grade requirements
- Complete daily inspections and report maintenance needs
- Work safely around crews, utilities, and live traffic
- Support labor and site logistics when equipment is idle
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of heavy equipment operation
- Equipment-specific competency or union card preferred
- Clean safety record and reliable attendance
- Ability to work outdoors in changing conditions
