Responsibilities
- Prepare materials and keep work areas organized
- Assist skilled trades and follow supervisor instructions
- Load, unload, and safely move materials
- Follow all site safety rules and participate in toolbox talks
Required qualifications
- Reliable attendance and willingness to learn
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors
- Basic English communication for site safety
- Prior construction experience is helpful but not required
