Responsibilities
- Set portfolio delivery strategy and operating rhythms
- Coach project executives and resolve escalated commercial risks
- Build trusted relationships with owners, designers, and trade partners
- Own safety, quality, schedule, and financial performance
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field
- 12+ years of progressive construction leadership
- Experience managing multi-project portfolios exceeding $100M
- Proven record of developing high-performing teams
Preferred qualifications
- MBA or advanced construction management degree
- DBIA, CCM, or PMP certification
