Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed quantity takeoffs and bid proposals
- Review drawings, specifications, and addenda
- Build vendor and subcontractor pricing packages
- Present recommendations to leadership
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of commercial estimating experience
- Knowledge of CSI divisions and estimating software
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work under deadline pressure
